Syfter Summer Prize Draw

1. In order to qualify for the Syft 2019 Summer Prize Draw, you must have completed the following number of shifts and meet the below requirements:

To be eligible to win, you will have to:

  • Successfully complete 10 shifts between 10th June 2019 to 31st July 2019
  • Maintain a rating over 4.5* for shifts during this period
  • Clock-in and out correctly via the app
  • Earn no more than one strike during this period

When you’ve completed your 10th shift, we’ll assign 1 entry which will be entered into a computerised random draw. For each subsequent shift worked, your account will receive an additional entry. We keep a record of the number of shifts you completed during this period and the equivalent number of entries you have for the draw.

2. If you are suspended on or before 8th August 2019, you will not be eligible for the prize draw regardless of the number of shifts completed during the period of 10th June to 31st July 2019.

3. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on or before 8th August 2019. The winner must still be verified as a Syft worker when the draw happens.

4. All reward winners will be announced and notified by email on or before 8th August 2019. If a winner does not respond to Syft Online Limited within 14 days of being notified by Syft Online Limited, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Syft Online Limited shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Syft Online Limited shall be entitled to select another winner. All prizes will be distributed by 30th August 2019.

5. Employees or agencies of Syft Online Limited or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Syft Summer Prize Draw.

6.Entrants into the Syft Christmas Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

7. Only one worker account per person. Syfters with duplicate accounts are not allowed.

8. Syft Online Limited accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Syft Online Limited.

9. Syft Online Limited accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

11. Syft Online Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

12. The winners will be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Syft Summer Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Syft Online Limited reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Syft Online Limited, both before and after the closing date of the Syft Summer Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Syft Online Limited and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Syft Summer Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

13. Syft Online Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Syft Summer Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Syft Online Limited further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Syft Summer Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Syft Online Limited for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

14. Syft Online Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Syft Online Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Syft Online Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

17. Some worker completed shifts may include Syft Angel shifts, which will be removed in the count because they are duplicates of actual shifts. Each worker’s total number of tickets is subject to change once we recalculate and remove any invalid shifts in August.

18. Some users may have wrongly received strikes due to a previous app bug. These will be amended where appropriate.

Syft Next Day Payment Christmas Trial

1. Syft will pay two-thirds (2/3) of the shift hours payroll from 3 December to 23 December 2018 the next day. To be eligible, you must:

  • Clock in and clock out at the shift’s venue with accurate location data for us to verify your attendance on site.
  • Clock in on time. Late clock-ins or arrivals will receive payroll as usual.
  • Have completed 3 shifts with Syft and your rating is over 4*.
  • Alternatively, you clock in and clock out with the QR code.

2. If eligible, the next day payroll will be processed the next day by 6pm. Shifts worked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be paid by the next Monday 6pm.

3. Only shifts with the accurate clock in/out location data or QR code clock in/out. Shifts that do not meet the above criteria and without accurate location info and the rest of the shifts payment (one-third) will be paid with the normal payroll schedule. Syft Online Limited reserves the rights of final decision in any case of disputes.

Syfter Christmas Prize Draw

1. In order to qualify for the Syft 2018 Prize Draw, you must have completed the following number of shifts and meet the below requirements:

  • Maintain a rating over 4.5* for shifts during this period

If you successfully complete 10 shifts, you’ll receive an extra 10 *bonus* tickets, plus a ticket for each subsequent shift worked. We keep a record of the number of shifts you completed during this period and the equivalent number of tickets you have for the draw.

Syfter Survey Voucher Prize Draw

1. The Syfter Survey Voucher Prize Draw (the “Voucher Prize Draw”) is open to verified Syft workers aged 18 and over who complete all answers and submit their personal details in the September Syfter Survey.

2. Employees or agencies of Syft Online Limited or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Voucher Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Voucher Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Syft Online Limited containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

5. To enter the Voucher Prize Draw you must complete all answers and submit your personal details – the full name and email you used to sign up to the app – to the September Syfter Survey. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Voucher Prize Draw, please email us at help@syftapp.com with “Syfter Survey Voucher Prize Draw” in the subject line.

Movie Voucher Bonus (Chelmsford, Warrington, Watford, Coventry, Sheffield, Knutsford and Wirral)

1. You must book an interview and attend in Chelmsford, Warrington, Knutsford, Watford, Coventry, Sheffield or Wirral and if successfully verified, you’ll receive a Cineworld voucher to your inbox from us.

2. This promotion is valid from 7 August 2018 to 31 August 2018.

3. You will receive the voucher by email (that you provide on the app) by 1 September 2018.

4. You will not qualify for this voucher if you are already verified on the app, or have previously failed an induction.

5. The Cineworld voucher code expires on 1 January 2019.

Syfter Special Come Back Promotion

In order to be qualified for the Syfter Special Come Back Promotion, you must be one of the selected Syfters who received the email of Special Come Back Campaign. According to our record, you must have been inactive on or before 7 August 2018 and meet the below requirements:

To be eligible for this bonus, you will have to:

  • Successfully complete 5 shifts from 8th November to 31st December 2018
  • Maintain a rating over 4.5* for shifts during this period
  • Clock-in and out correctly via the app
  • Earn no more than one strike during this period

You’ll be rewarded with a £50 bonus if you met the above requirements. If you’ve completed five shifts and met the above requirements on or before 31 December 2018, your £50 bonus will be paid in January 2019.

Birmingham Cinema Ticket Giveaway

In order to be qualified for the Birmingham Cinema Ticket Giveaway, you must have been verified on or before 5 November 2018 in Birmingham, and have not completed all of your FLOW modules on 20 November 2018.

To be eligible for a cinema ticket, you will have to:

  • Successfully complete all FLOW modules on or before 1 December 2018
  • Not be banned during this period

You’ll recieve your cinema voucher via the email address provided on the app.

£20 Bonus for no shifts worked

In order to be qualified for the £20 bonus, you must have been verified between 1 January 2018 to 31 August 2018, and have worked zero shifts at 21 November 2018.

To be eligible for the £20 bonus, you will have to:

  • Successfully complete at least 1 shift before 31 December 2018 in London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool or Birmingham.
  • Not be banned during this period
  • Maintain a rating over 4.5* for shifts during this period
  • Clock-in and out correctly via the app

You’ll receive the £20 on your next pay after 8 January 2019.

Special £30 Referral Bonus (Local Recruitment)

  • This bonus is valid for worker referral in Bristol, Bath, Swansea, York, Oldham, Preston, Northampton and Sheffield.
  • Therefore, the postcode of the referred worker needs to begin with BS, BA, SA, YO, OL, PR, NN and S.
  • If an existing Job Seeker refers a friend using the referral code created in the app, we will give the referrer a £30 referral bonus when the referred friend redeemed the code and completed a shift within 30 days. The referred Job Seeker will receive the £30 bonus with the completed first shift payment.
  • If you successfully refer a friend who does not have one of the postcodes above, you and the referee will receive the normal £20 referral fee.
  • To benefit from the referral offer, the existing Job Seeker must use the referral code created in the app.
  • The referral code must be redeemed BEFORE the first shift.
  • Referral vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.
  • Referral vouchers are issued on and limited to a one per account basis.

Review on Facebook Bonus (Job Seekers)

£30 – Chef DBS Check Bonus

In order to be qualified for the £30 bonus, you must have not completed your Enhanced DBS Check on 25 February 2019, and complete it and work 1 shift by 15 April 2019. You must be verified as a Chef on the app for London, Liverpool or Manchester and work a Chef shift.

To be eligible for the £30 bonus, you will have to:

  • Complete the Enhanced DBS Check on or after 22 February 2019
  • Successfully complete at least 1 shift before 15 April 2019
  • Not be banned prior to receiving your bonus

You’ll receive the £30 bonus on your payslip within 4 weeks of completing the shift.

Onboarding Survey Voucher Draw

In order to qualify for the £50 Amazon voucher draw you must complete the onboarding survey within 30 days of verification on Syft App. You’ll receive an email with a link to your email address provided on the app.

Only one entry per worker is permitted. We will do a draw on the last day of every month and add the name of the worker to the landing page www.syftapp.com/survey-winners/. Winners will be emailed their £50 Amazon voucher by the 5th of every month (after the draw).

Entries run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, and renew after the draw.

£20 Syfter Reactivation Promotion

In order to be qualified for the £20 bonus, you must have been verified between 1 January 2018 to 1 March 2019, and have worked zero shifts at 1 March 2019.

To be eligible for the £20 bonus, you will have to:

  • Successfully complete at least 1 shift between 20 May 2019 and 30 June 2019 in London.
  • Not be banned during this period
  • Maintain a rating over 4.5* for shifts during this period
  • Clock-in and out correctly via the app

You’ll receive the £20 on your next pay after 7 July 2019.

London Referral Promotion – Summer 2019

  • If an existing London Job Seeker refers 5 friends using the referral code created in the app, you will automatically be entered into a draw to win one of five £100 Amazon vouchers.
  • Winners announced 8th July 2019, you will receive the voucher in your emails if you have been successful.

Syfter Story Video Competition

  • Submit a 1 minute video with a positive Syfter Story by 31 July 2019 to be entered into the draw to win one of ten £30 Amazon vouchers.
  • You’ll be notified by email on 1 August 2019 if you’re a winner, and you will emailed the Amazon voucher to your Syft email address.
  • Your video will be used by Syft for media purposes and we own the rights to your video. You will not be compensated for usage of this video after submission.

Only one voucher per person.

Review on Google Play Store Bonus (Job Seekers)

Inactive Worker Survey Voucher Draw

In order to qualify for the £50 Amazon voucher draw you must complete the inactive worker survey by 13 August 2019 at 23:59pm. You need to have been emailed the survey link to participate in the draw.

Special £50 Chef Referral Bonus

  • If an existing Job Seeker refers a friend using the referral code created in the app, we will give the referrer a £50 referral bonus when the referred friend redeemed the code and completed a Chef shift within 30 days. The referred Job Seeker will receive the £50 bonus with the completed first shift payment.
  • This promotion is related to shifts for Chef de Partie, Head Chef, Lead Chef, Sous Chef and Commis Chef.
  • To benefit from the referral offer, the existing Job Seeker must use the referral code created in the app.
  • The referral code must be redeemed BEFORE the first shift.
  • Referral vouchers are issued on and limited to a one per account basis.
  • Offer valid from 19th September 2019 until 1st November 2019. This means the referee must complete their first shift before the 1st November 2019.
