Our internal team now boasts over 90 dedicated professionals located across England and Wales. We are looking for an experienced and target-focused Telesales Executive, to join our team in Manchester.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Call prospects to introduce Syft and pitch our platform
  • Secure meetings for members of the sales team
  • Fully understand customer recruitment patterns and requirements
  • Enter and manage accurate date on Salesforce
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in an outbound telesales/appointment setting role
  • Ability to make 80+ calls per day
  • A track record in achieving targets & sales KPIs
  • A good working knowledge of Salesforce
