Our internal team now boasts over 90 dedicated professionals located across England and Wales and our growth plan, like everything we do, is ambitious! We need an experienced HR professional to join the team and help drive this growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Delivering HR transactional work, including implementing joiner, leaver and employment change processes
  • Providing first line responses to any customers who contact HR through our enquiry service (HR Queries)
  • Maintaining the accuracy and quality of staff records and data held on the HR database
  • Contributing to HR continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure staff happiness and enjoyment
  • Plan and track internal staff training session, Coordinate with providers

Qualifications and Skills

  • Thorough experience in a similar role, HR or Office Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Open, caring and approachable personality
  • Knowledge and or Qualification of UK Employment Laws
