(Senior) Social Media Executive

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Social Media Executive to join our growing Marketing team.  You’ll work alongside Recruitment Marketing, B2B, B2C and Community Team, collaborating cross functionally to design and deliver engaging social media campaigns.

Within this exciting new role, you will be responsible for managing all Syft social channels developing a strategy that aligns with the companies wider goals, driving brand awareness. You’ll play a key role in taking our brand to the next level within the temporary staffing world.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Create and implement organic social media campaigns
• Design and execute innovative social media campaigns (e.g. live events, competitions)
• Grow and expand our company social media following, building our presence as a leading temporary staffing brand in the UK
• Discover and actively engage on online social conversations with other brands and users 
• Take charge of the monthly social media calendar and collaborate across the Marketing team
• Responsible for social listening and discover relevant hot topics for Syft/Indeed Flex
• Response management and monitoring of social media posts
• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice (working in collaboration with Community Manager) and wider Marketing team
• Prepare social media reporting to analyse campaign/messaging performance, optimise and refine approach, driving campaign success/brand awareness and Syft worker sign ups
• Identify new platforms to drive brand awareness through a test and learn approach, using data and insight to inform decisions

About you:

• At least 3 years prior experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Extremely creative and you are curious in discover the latest trends on social 
• Ability to create original content and use canva templates
• Strong experience in copywriting and longer form content
• Previous design experience is great but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Growth mindset
• Analytical and data-driven – able to generate ideas, analyse data and propose how we can test and evolve to improve ROI continuously

Requirements:

• Proven records in curating cross-platform organic social media campaigns which achieved high reach and engagement 
• Proven results in growing brand social platforms across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
• Experience in social media management software such as Buffer and canvas
• Experience in other marketing platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Braze etc.
• Social media management experience, with proven skills in running organisational social media feeds and social listening 
• Experience with interacting across wider social media communities, identifying opportunities to amplify content through online groups, trends and hashtags
• Proven ability in using data measurement and insights to improve social performance
