Syft has grown to nearly 200 employees across 8 offices around the UK. We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Expansion Program Manager to join us as we take on the US market.

About the Role: –

We’re looking for a passionate and analytical Recruitment Marketing Manager who has extensive experience in volume recruitment marketing, to help us attract quality temp staff at scale with engaging messaging, employer branding and smart channel strategy and accelerate our growth.

You will join a fast-pacing Marketing team in one of the leading recruitment technology companies in the US. You’ll be instrumental in attracting and recruiting workers to meet our ambitious expansion goals across the US with a robust candidate attraction strategy. You’ll lead the worker supply team, which consists of the candidate attraction team and onboarding specialists. You’ll work with sales to understand the demand and supply positions of workers, as well as alongside community marketing, digital acquisition, content and design. A strong ability to materialise strategies into executable plans is a must as you will play a vital role in helping our company recruit the top contingent workforce in the US.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Responsible for the entire worker acquisition funnel, from candidate attraction to onboarding 
  • Lead a team of onboarding specialists in fulfilling recruitment requests and targets, while collaborating closely with sales to ensure the quality and quantity of requests are met 
  • Understand candidate behaviour and responsible for designing and optimizing the onboarding process for better conversions 
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for multiple roles and sectors including light industrial, facilities management and retail 
  • Manage and organise recruitment marketing channels and activities and ensure all channels are considered and utilised
  • Discover promotional opportunities and design seasonal incentives or ad hoc bonus schemes 
  • Work with digital team for performance marketing channels 
  • Manage employer branding campaign including OOH, radio and other ATL channels with external agencies 
  • Research and understand worker persona for each sectors and design channel planning and strategies accordingly
  • Work with the community team in worker lifecycle CRM to improve churn and worker engagement
  • Analyze recruitment marketing performance and provide metric-driven reports



  • Extensive experience in managing full cycle recruiting process with multiple clients on cross-regions volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously, preferably from a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) background 
  • Proven project experience in identifying and implementing in ATS or onboarding process improvements 
  • Experience in leading recruiters/staffing coordinators/marketing assistants  
  • Proven records of successful integrated volume recruitment (1000+) in a short period of time, preferably in light industrial, facilities management and retail sectors
  • Experience in leading integrated recruitment marketing campaigns, from employer branding, direct responses, channel strategy to promotions
  • Metric-driven, focusing on both marketing ROI metrics and hiring ROI 
  • Demonstrated substantial experience in understanding clients’ recruitment demand and translated into actionable marketing plans 
  • Experience in marketing budget planning and media buying (managing agencies) 
  • Able to research and understand a new jobseeker market and persona quickly and design channel strategy accordingly
  • Creativity in designing engaging messaging, smart employer branding and relevant incentives 
  • Experience in building complex audience segments for engagement and remarketing, based on user behaviours and attributes 
  • Proficient in email marketing and worker CRM softwares (like Mailchimp and Braze), Google Spreadsheets and Slides and tech savvy in general 
  • Analytical and metric-driven. Able to discover optimisation opportunities independently and action findings to future activities
  • Understanding in digital acquisitions and social media advertising including Google adwords, Facebook, Instagram, etc.




  • Experience in a candidate attraction role of on-demand staffing app 
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through job fairs, community involvement, non-profit groups, and other ground roots efforts
  • Knowledge in state and federal regulations on employment compliance
