Responsibilities & Duties 

• You will be responsible for building key relationships with senior management in our US team in  this highly visible and influential role, which will see you taking the reins early on and driving  controls and processes.
• You will also take ownership of statutory and management reporting of the US entity and be  involved in different projects relating to different states within the US

Qualifications & Skills 

•  Understanding of US Tax is essential
• Have understanding of differences in US Tax State Laws
• You will need a strong technical understanding with proven financial reporting experience and  with IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge preferable.
• You will need to be able to have strong communication and business partnering skills capable of  dealing with challenging stakeholders.
• You will need to be strong technically, capable of producing accurate and timely reports to the  board.
• An understanding of high-volume low-value businesses is an advantage.
• You should demonstrate a can-do-attitude and be ready to get involved in a variety of day to  day tasks
