Summary of the Role

Syft is at an exciting stage of our journey and we’re looking for a confident, self-motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our highly talented & ambitious team. Reporting to the Enterprise Director (ED), the role of the Enterprise Sales Manager is to support the ED in leading the sales team, winning new business and providing the strategic sales direction of the business with full P&L responsibility. The ESM will undertake overall responsibility for your team’s sales pipeline. The purpose of the ESM role is to secure your own business as well as support your team in winning new contracts to support the growth of Syft.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of new business sales executives to support the growth and development of Syft
  • Build your own pipeline of new business and lead by example
  • Work with the new business sales team, Indeed and internal sales teams as appropriate to promote Syft and create value by converting the sales pipeline
  • Assist the Enterprise Director in designing, developing and implementing scalable best practice processes to maximise pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-team collaboration
  • Develop and implement sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimises a clear path to high growth
  • To actively source and apply business intelligence by gathering relevant, accurate and timely information; interpreting and applying this to gain insight into client challenges and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to bid activity by drafting bid response answers on low complexity bids as required and support the sales operations team and be actively involved in winning tenders

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Understands the necessary processes and documentation to enhance internal communication and provide visibility to the client on the delivery of their product
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in progressively responsible sales leadership roles, looking for a fresh challenge and be ready to roll sleeves up and get involved
  • Experience in workforce recruitment, workforce technology
  • Have demonstrated experience driving exponential growth and revenue generation in a rapid growth and lean environment
