Compliance Admin Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Providing administrative support to both our Compliance and Recruitment teams
  • Working with the Compliance Manager to ensure Syft and their workers are complaint
  • Full understanding of Syft’s platform, and other systems, to provide efficient support
  • Developing & implementing structured and repeatable processes to ensure worker information is collated correctly and distributed throughout the teams

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Computer savvy and able to use a variety of platforms, as well as Google Drive tools
  • A successful, energetic self-starter, with strong initiative
  • An exceptional attention to detail and the motivation to ensure information is correct
  • A fast learner with a demonstrable history of getting to grips with new systems
