Syft is at an exciting stage of our journey and we’re looking for a confident, self-motivated Account Manager to join our highly talented & ambitious team!

 

The Role

Reporting to the Account Director (AD), the role of the Account Manager is to manage the ongoing Client relationships for Syftforce and act as liaison between the Syftforce divisions and contracted clients as appropriate.

The purpose of the role is to account manage key clients in line with agreed contracts and KPI’s for any neutral vendor or managed service contract and to provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist Clients in improving recruitment processes, productivity and overall performance.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Proactively manage Syftforce Clients, ensuring compliance to contractual KPI’s
  • Manage stakeholder relationships; bring on site operations managers together on a regular basis and chair face to face review meetings
  • Ensure you have regular onsite presence at key venue/sites
  • Study client’s business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Improves processes by studying current practices; designing modifications and implementing.
  • Research and analyse data, present recommendations to our clients and set a schedule for implementing improvements
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform and how it works and the benefits it offers
  • Ensure client maximise the use of our platform and use it correctly
  • Ensure there is not off contract spend with other agencies unless already agreed
  • Work with our Marketing Team to identify key targets
  • Cross sell to generating new and repeat business in line with targets
  • Negotiate profitable contracts with clients to meet revenue targets

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of account management experience 
  • Doesn’t over promise, always follows through on commitments and ensures no surprises. Uses confirmation and clarification techniques to manage expectations. Actively manages the perceptions of key stakeholders in client accounts. 
  • Take time to understand the client’s business strategy, drivers and priorities – understands the client’s vision, goals, strategy, drivers, plan and priorities. Can articulate the client’s formal and informal organisation. 
  • Superb ability to build rapport quickly within a face-to-face environment
  • Must possess the desire to succeed and obsessive about hitting contractual targets consistently
  • Excellent written skills and can write personable, persuasive and professional email
  • Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others by being a great team player!
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Strong IT skills and have experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Commercially minded with high level attention to detail
