We’re delighted to announce that Syft has been won the Recruitment Technology Innovation of the Year Award at The Recruiter Awards 2018. Established in 2002, The Recruiter Awards is widely regarded as one of most important annual events in the sector. This year’s edition presented prizes in 30 categories and judges included 3R Director Michael Bowler, Recruiter Republic Managing Director Tara Lescott, Drivers Direct Managing Director Gethin Roberts, The Little Agency’s Mark Beavan and other industry leaders.

In winning the award, our revolutionary utilisation of innovative technology in the recruitment sector has been celebrated. Through Syft, workers benefit from better pay, the freedom to build their own rota, 200 perks based on their ratings and number of shifts, and a two way rating system to drive better behaviours from both sides the marketplace. For employers, timesheets, payroll and compliance are automated, while the app’s algorithm pairs posted shifts with suitable staff in minutes. Judges commented that, “Syft’s strength lies in its simplicity. It represents a win-win for the client and candidate, and has the potential to scale.”The awards ceremony took place on Thursday 3rd May at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, which Syft CEO and Co-Founder Jack Beaman attended. Beaman stated, “Winning this award is pretty special for a number of reasons, one being that we achieved this after just two years of operations. Secondly, this is a recruitment industry-wide award, not just for our sector. Our whole team is over the moon, but we recognise that the most thanks goes to both our clients and workers. They have made everything possible throughout the last couple of years and allowed us to commence such an exciting journey. We will use this reward to kick on and bring about further positive change to the industry.”
