Mental Health Awareness Week With Syft

We hope you are well and had a good weekend.

This week is Mental Health Awareness week across the world. Good mental health is something that is important to everyone, no matter where you’re from, the job you do, or the lifestyle you have. This year’s theme is centered around kindness so it’s crucial that everyone recognises, not only the importance of being kind to ourselves, but also being kind to others.  This week we will be sharing different pieces of content in the hope to help inspire you to tune into your own mind and make subtle improvements in order to lead a healthier, fulfilling lifestyle. So to start things off, we wanted to share with you some activities that you can do throughout the week in order to stay active, reconnect with yourself and those around you and take some much needed ‘me’ time.
